Ballet Fusion - An exciting blend of ballet and fitness, this innovative class combines toning and stretching exercises to give you that long, lean dancers body. You don't have to be a dancer to do ballet fusion, but you will feel like one when you leave.
Basic Beginner Yoga - The same sequence of basic yoga postures, yogic breathing techniques and relaxation will be followed each class. The repetition prevents the student from becoming overwhelmed and allows new students to become very familiar with the poses.
Beginner Yoga – Yoga for everyone. All body types, all levels of strength, endurance, and flexibility. Learn breathing techniques, stretch and strengthen the body, and calm the mind. Try yoga and experience the opportunity to embrace a system of healthier living and develop an all around positive attitude.
Cycling – This class combines a foundation of basic cycling movements with motivational coaching techniques, breathing awareness and heart rate training in specified Energy Zones. Burn an average of 500 calories in 45 minutes of non-impact, individually paced cardiovascular exercise! Inspirational music and a non-competitive environment ensure a fun, effective experience for all ages and fitness levels.
Cycling 101 – Start your journey here. This class is offered for those who have never experienced cycling. You will learn proper technique & set up. One class and you’re hooked! Prerequisite for Cycling.
Dynamic Toning – Shape and tone your legs, thighs, hips buttocks and abdominal with the use of a Resist Ball and hand weights. This class is full of exercises to improve your core strength; muscle endurance and overall flexibility…enjoy this one-hour of floor work and get rid of those trouble spots.
Focus Fitness – Come join the early morning party! Monday – Friday with various muscle conditioning, stretching, stepping, and interval conditioning.
Group Active - Who is Group Active for? It’s perfect for the new or infrequent exerciser since the program design incorporates all the elements of fitness in just 60 minutes. No one thing is too much to handle and you will feel successful in no time as you learn the fundamentals of exercise.

Group Kick – Group Kick brings it on! This electric 60-minute fusion of martial arts and boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level while defining and shaping your body and self-confidence! Group Power – Is your hour of power! This 60-minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels. Discover results, discover Group Power. Intermediate Yoga - This class covers yoga poses and their variations in more detail and includes some challenging poses. Poses are held longer than in the beginner classes in order to increase strength, balance and flexibility.
Kids’ Yoga - Become a Yogi kid! Yoga helps develop strong, limber and healthy bodies. It improves body awareness, coordination and stress relief. Yoga also helps the ability to focus, concentrate and increase your attention span. Every kid is a natural Yogi all they need is a little encouragement!
Power Flow Yoga - This is a Vinyasa style class where we will use the breath to connect us through each asana. This technique is sometimes called vinyasa flow, or just flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance.
